Emergent Executive Coaching uses The Three E’s as an original framework to guide the coaching experience. We take the time to understand your unique goals, circumstances, and challenges. Then, we partner with you to develop a unique program tailored to your individual needs. Together, we design the coaching experience that’s right for you.
1. Evaluate
Emergent uses a variety of strategies, from conversations to worksheets, to identify, evaluate, and understand your specific goals and unique vision.
2. Expand
Once goals are established, we work together to see the bigger picture — and expand the possibilities of how to reach them.
3. Enact
We create a plan with specific steps to enact to reach your goals. We work through barriers and resistance to integrate sustainable change.
Coaching Results
Your coaching experience will give you as much as you put into it. Be ready to reflect on your thoughts, beliefs, and actions. If you're motivated to change and willing to tolerate some discomfort, progress is just on the horizon.
